Help Payment Plans

Health Preventative Plans

  • LIFESAVER FUND: free mammogram screening and radiologist reading fee of the mammogram for women over 40 years of age with no financial resources or insurance. Contact Providence St. Mary Medical Center for more information or call (509) 522-5831.

Diabetes Resources

  • SOS will start to offer a monthly diabetes clinic and support group for Spanish-speaking patients starting in August 2018. Our first meeting will be on August 13, 2018 at 7:30pm. Call or visit the clinic for more information on how to sign up.

  • Diabetes support group meetings at Providence St. Mary Medical Center on the third Thursday of every month at 5 pm. No charge, click this link for additional information.

  • SOS Health Services typically does not do vaccinations unless it is the flu shot. For free vaccinations, contact the Walla Walla County Department of Community Health. You must be uninsured or underinsured. They offer TDAP, Varicella, MMR, Shingles, Pneumonia-23, Pneumonia-13, HPV, Hep A, and Hep B. Mental Health Resources

  • Suicide support group for those that have lost someone to suicide take place the 2nd Tuesday of every month 5:15-6:45pm at the SonBridge Community Center. Call (509) 301-2692 or (509) 386-0456 for more information, no charge.

  • SOS Health Services has several doctors who are trained in psychiatric services, ask at the front desk to see when those specific doctors will be in.

  • If you need a safe place to stay or support with domestic violence or assault experiences, call YWCA Walla Walla 509-525-2570 or click on this link.

  • If you or someone you know is in need of help during a mental health crisis, call the Walla Walla County Crisis Line 509-524-2999. Available 24/7, 365 days of the year. For more information about what to look for, visit the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline website at this link.
